BC’s new pay transparency legislation changes that. It requires employers to include salary ranges with every job posting, so potential employees are paid fairly and protected from the uncertainty and disappointment of being paid less than their worth.

It’s time for more transparency, fairness and respect in the job market. Because looking for work is frustrating enough.
