David Eby’s BC NDP government is helping families make ends meet this winter with a new cost-of-living credit on their power bill.

Around the world and here in BC, inflation is making it harder for families. That’s why it’s more important than ever for governments to be there to support people — especially at a time of year when expenses can quickly add up.

This winter, residential and commercial electricity customers will receive a one-time $100 credit on their bill. That’s about one month of electricity for a family in a detached home, or more than two months for a family in an apartment.
