It’s time for free prescription contraception for all.

Birth control is healthcare — it should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford it. That’s why, starting April 1, our BC NDP government is making all forms of prescription contraception free for all.
While condoms can be found for little to no cost and vasectomies are covered under MSP, hormonal birth control and IUDs aren’t covered. This puts an unfair financial burden on people who choose prescription birth control.
We’re the first province in Canada to make prescription contraception free for all — and we hope we’re not the last. Add your name if you support our plan.
