Lives are on the line and we need real care now.
Last year, 914 people across BC died of drug overdoses. They were our mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, partners and friends.
People in our communities and first responders have made heroic efforts to save lives, but they’re stretched to the limits.
It’s time to treat this like the crisis it is.
We need to make help available to those who need it, when they need it. We need funding for addiction treatment and mental health resources and we can’t wait.
